Process

The whole project was facilitated via Skype with the 2 founders of Innovative Claims based in the USA. I was provided with a PDF consisting of the project brief, a description of the idea, and link to the old version. My role was to analyse the existing user flow and propose a new improved version. Ideas were sketched on paper, before moving straight to Sketch. Following the Sketch mockups, I also coded a prototype using the Sencha Touch 2 framework (a mobile app framework). Methodology
